With 35 years of experience in the business world, including 15 years in the banking industry, I’ve had the opportunity to analyze over 1,000 financial statements and meet entrepreneurs from all sectors of the economy. This experience allowed me to develop a financial approach that is unique, simple, and capable of creating a positive impact.
I then chose to dive into entrepreneurship by acquiring and operating a business for over 15 years. While my university education in business administration certainly helped, it was being a business owner that truly taught me what it takes for someone to succeed.
What I’ve come to realize is that every entrepreneur must not only have excellent technical expertise, but also be a strong LEADER. Every day, they face the challenge of excelling in human relationships. They must be a great MOTIVATOR, a skilled MANAGER, capable of resolving CONFLICTS, REASSURING their teams, managing STRESS and ANXIETY among employees, supporting their GROWTH, allowing them to THRIVE, earning their TRUST, reinforcing their LEADERSHIP, all while remaining COMPASSIONATE—both for their team and for themselves.
