Originally from Quebec and living in Paris, Nathalie assists leaders, their teams and their organizations in ‘disruptive’ Leadership and Performance.

Her mission is to connect individuals to themselves (to their raison d’être), so that they can better connect to others, to their organization and to the world allowing them to dare be, do and achieve a new future that seems impossible today – what we call ‘disruptive’.

With an MBA in International Marketing at McGill, and a background in marketing and sales (Procter & Gamble, Air Canada), she continues to transform and challenge her multi-dimensional approach by drawing on a variety of theories and practices for over 22 years: breakthrough leadership, neuroscience, systemic thinking, ontological coaching, gestalt, Radical Innovation Design (RID), as well as her experience in business strategy and marketing.
