Yves Levasseur

Yves Levasseur is a certified coach with the ACC designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an accredited trainer from the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail. He has over 20 years of experience as a manager in large companies, including Postmedia (Montreal Gazette), Bell, and Québecor. He also served for 7 years as the General Sales Director at Groupe Pages Jaunes, where he managed teams across Canada.
A graduate in Business Administration from UQAM, he is known for his strong strategic planning skills, particularly in sales management, marketing, and change management. His ability to mobilize people, his charisma, and his communication talents make him an excellent mentor and a recognized coach. As President of Levasseur Warren Coaching Inc., he collaborates with several coaching and training firms. He is also a coach at the Customer Experience Movement at Ford Canada.
Driven by a desire to amplify leadership and collaboration, Jean has been working for 25 years with SMEs and large companies in the financial, automotive, municipal, and industrial sectors.
In a context where organizational evolution is continuous and essential, he conducts organizational diagnostics, strategic planning, and coaching for managers seeking to increase the impact of their leadership and communication (Desjardins Group, City of Montreal, Ford dealerships, and companies under the Autopro, Autocare, Unipneu, Truckpro, and Point S banners).
Jean also mobilizes teams in improving the Employee and Customer Experience (Ford dealerships: QC, NB, NS, PEI) and the implementation of new business practices and technologies (City of Montreal: 3 projects affecting 150 to 450 people, Desjardins Group: 20 major projects affecting 1,000 to 50,000 people).
Certified Professional Coach ACC (ICF) and NOVA 2.0 Profile, he holds a Master’s in Public Administration specializing in Organizational Development, as well as a Bachelor’s in Communication Psychosociology.
