With 25 years of experience in personnel management, coaching, training, and sales, Nadine is above all passionate about people and human relationships. For the past 10 years, she has worked as a coach and trainer with companies seeking to develop their managers in areas such as leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, customer experience, time management, and more.
Nadine is known for her energy, determination, and communication talent, which allowed her to thrive for 14 years in the sales sector of a large national company. She has a strong background in consultative sales and in team management/coaching.
With exceptional listening skills and a great sense of humor, Nadine helps managers grow and develop professionally, making them more effective and fulfilled in their roles. She collaborates as a coach and trainer with several firms, including Levasseur Warren, Groupe CFC, Flexia Conseil, and others. To keep her knowledge up to date, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in People and Organizational Development at Université Laval.
