Stephane has over twenty-five years of professional experience in the field of human resources as a coach and consultant within the Hay Group and as a practitioner for Groupe Danone. He has worked with hundreds of leaders, teams and organizations around the world in many industries. His areas of expertise include: executive and executive coaching, team coaching, organizational transformation, cultural change, leadership development, talent management and talent assessment.

Stephane has two masters in finance and management research. He is also accredited in the use of different tools of development and psychometric evaluation. Stephane is actively involved in the ICF coaching community as a member of the ICF Québec Board of Directors, in charge of executive coaching and professional development of coaches. Stéphane is particularly recognized by his clients for his ” listening, perception, analysis and synthesis skills out of the ordinary” as well as for “his pragmatism and his ability to help his coachees to step back and to face the challenges they meet.”
