Having worked for more than 15 years in a large company as an account manager and manager, this dynamic communicator has been coaching and training entrepreneurs and managers for 10 years to improve their skills in several areas: leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, high goals, teams to make perform, de-motivation, difficult colleagues, complex political context, time management, work-family balance, etc. She has also accompanied small and medium-sized businesses in the process of family succession in order to guide them through this crucial stage. Passionate about people and human relations, this triathlete and mother of four teenagers is known for her openness and listening skills.

She collaborates with various coaching firms such as Levasseur Warren and she is also a trainer with the firm Lanla, experts in measurement and management of client experience.
